Permission is granted to use Frakment binaries free of charge for personal use
and commercial streaming, and to redistribute unmodified official binaries
with this license and all accompanying third-party notices intact.

No license to publish, redistribute, sublicense or create derivative works of
proprietary Frakment source code or new proprietary assets is granted. The
Frakment name, logo and domain are not licensed for use as another product's
identity. No warranty or liability is provided, to the extent permitted by law.

Components previously distributed under the OverlayOS MIT license retain that
license and the rights already granted. Their original notice is preserved in
docs/licenses/OverlayOS-MIT.txt. This license does not revoke those rights or
replace any third-party license. Node.js, Tauri, fonts, icons and other bundled
components remain subject to their respective licenses and notices.
